The NHPig project successfully hosted its first Annual Meeting on October 27–28, 2025, gathering consortium members for two days of collaboration and knowledge exchange.
The program featured keynote lectures by leading experts, presentations of first research results, and discussions on ethical issues, biobank development, and new welfare initiatives. Breakout sessions and early-career scientist pitches added further value, fostering innovation and networking across work packages.
Participants praised the meeting as highly productive and engaging, marking an important milestone for NHPig.
